Job Responsibilities
* Assist customers with personal care needs such as washing, dressing, and toileting.
* Promote reablement by encouraging customers to follow personalized care plans.
* Prepare meals and snacks, ensuring good nutrition, hydration, and hygiene practices.
* Administer medication in accordance with MCJA’s Medicines Policy and procedures.
Job Details
Type: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Hours: Shifts between 7am - 2pm (morning & lunch), 3pm - 11pm (evening & bedtime), including weekends. You can choose your shift pattern at interview.
Candidate Profile
* Reliable, hardworking individuals with a genuine desire to care.
* Experience supporting vulnerable adults at home.
* Willingness to travel to visit service users for various tasks, including personal care and domestic duties.
* Good communication skills, sense of humor, and common sense.
Note: Roles may also be called Carer, Care Assistant, Care Worker, or Domiciliary Care Assistant.
Essential Skills
* Full UK driving license
