* Salary: £15,000 basic salary + excellent commission structure (Uncapped OTE)
* Hours: 5-day week | Mon–Fri 08:00–17:30 (1-hour lunch) | Saturdays 08:30–17:00 (day off in lieu during the week) | Currently closed Sundays

What you will be doing:
* Drive Sales: Sell the maximum number of new and used vehicles by tailoring the experience to each customer's needs.
* Maximize Profit: Achieve profitability targets while ensuring top-tier customer satisfaction to build long-term loyalty.
* Value Add: Ensure full customer awareness of finance options, accessories, extended warranties, and GAP insurance.
* Customer Care: Maintain an approachable, professional demeanor to achieve industry-leading standards of service.
* Hit Targets: Consistently meet performance goals within a dynamic, target-driven car retail environment.
Commutable Locations: This Worthing-based automotive job is an easy commute from Brighton, Littlehampton, Shoreham-by-Sea, Chichester, and Bognor Regis.
