ABOUT YOU:
* Seize Opportunities: Identify and convert service opportunities from clients recovering from road traffic accidents.
* Customer Connection: Handle client and customer contact from start to triumph, ensuring satisfaction and sealing the services.
* Information Maestro: Gather intel via phone, post, and email to assess claims. Make decisions on liability and approve/refuse claims for Credit Hire/Credit Repair.
* Claim Command: Manage claims like a seasoned pro, navigating the "on-hire" process with finesse and in line with industry protocols.
* Customer Care Extraordinaire: Handle customer claims, identify needs for additional services, and maintain impeccable records.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Previous experience as a high-performing sales maestro in a fast-paced environment.
* Proven track record of shattering targets.
* Stellar customer service skills.
* Communication and decision-making skills that can turn a maybe into a resounding yes.
* Bonus points if you're well-versed in claims management processes.
