An exciting opportunity has arisen for a newly qualified (NQ) Commercial Property Solicitor to join a Legal 500-ranked law firm in Leeds with a growing and highly regarded real estate team.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Advising on a broad range of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and property due diligence
* Supporting senior lawyers on complex deals and contributing to all stages of transactional work
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships with businesses and stakeholders across sectors
* Working collaboratively with corporate, finance, and planning colleagues on multi-disciplinary matters
Who You Are
* Qualified solicitor (NQ level) with experience in commercial property work
* A proactive, commercially minded individual with strong communication skills
* Able to manage your own caseload while benefiting from mentoring and guidance
* Motivated to contribute to a real estate team recognised for its pragmatic, client-focused approach
