Job Description:
The role will be reporting to the Resource Manager, and your duties will include:
1. Taking calls from trade operatives, clients, and residents.
2. Liaising with operatives and residents regarding booked appointments.
3. Assisting with the allocation of work to operatives daily, including providing response work to meet appointment times.
4. Working effectively with other departments to deliver excellent service.
5. Updating and maintaining the database with appointment and work completion details.
6. Performing ad hoc administrative duties as required.
