This critical role requires strategic planning, contractor management, and direct responsibility for the safe, efficient running of the entire site. Contract: Full-Time, Permanent (52 weeks per year). Working Hours: Standard 37 hours per week (flexibility required for events/emergencies). Core Responsibilities & Duties Scope Operational Leadership: Full management and supervision of the premises staff (caretakers, cleaning, maintenance). Compliance & Safety: Responsibility for all site security, H&S compliance, and managing all statutory inspections and record-keeping. Facilities Management: Oversight of routine maintenance schedules, contractor procurement, and management of the premises budget.
