We are seeking an experienced Senior PMO professional to support a portfolio of Wealth Management change initiatives. This role will sit on the business change / IT enabled change side, providing governance, reporting, and control across multiple projects.
The successful candidate will be hands on, delivery focused, and comfortable managing Senior stakeholders while maintaining robust PMO standards.

Key Responsibilities
•Provide end to end PMO support across a portfolio of Wealth Management projects
•Manage and maintain RAID logs, dependencies, milestones, and delivery risks
•Produce high quality Steering Committee packs, dashboards, and portfolio reports
•Coordinate and document SteerCo and project meetings, including minutes and actions
•Support portfolio level planning, tracking, and prioritisation
•Work closely with Project Managers, Business Change leads, and Senior stakeholders
•Ensure consistency of PMO standards, controls, and reporting across initiatives

Required experience & Skills
•Proven experience in a PMO role, ideally at Senior PMO or Lead PMO level
•Large Portfolio experience
•Wealth Management / Private Banking - (non-negotiable)
•experience supporting a portfolio of concurrent projects
•Strong governance, reporting, and stakeholder management capability
•Comfortable operating in a business change / IT enabled change environment
•Strong attention to detail with the ability to work at pace
•Excellent communication and documentation skills
