What You'll Be Doing
* Greeting every guest with warmth, energy and confidence
* Managing bookings and walk-ins smoothly and professionally
* Explaining our games, events and venue layout with enthusiasm
* Seating guests and coordinating with floor/bar teams
* Keeping the entrance organised and flowing during busy periods
* Handling queries and small issues with a calm, positive attitude
* Creating an atmosphere before guests even reach the bar
You set the tone for the entire experience.
What We're Looking For
Naturally friendly and outgoing personality
Extremely polite and well-presented
Confident speaking to groups of all sizes
Comfortable working in a busy, high-volume environment

Available evenings and weekends
Previous hospitality experience preferred (but personality is key)
