Baker Recruitment Group, are excited to partner with a valued Client based in Leeds. Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Land Buying Administration Assistant.
Primary Responsibilities
* Responsible for the BIG MAP system being utilised accurately, maximum value output, log sites & update commercial data.
* Manage incoming enquiries, liaise with relevant Land Director.
* Support analysis on competitor's, provide accurate reports to Senior Stakeholders including Board of Directors.
* Flexibility to support research & marketing where required.
* Accurate entry on data base of land agents, new evolving & identify new methods to attract new land disposal contacts to the business.
* Flexibility to support land team, with targeted letters for off market land buying opportunities.

* Excellent attention to detail & meticulous approach to accurate management information availability to the wider team.

Qualifications & Skills
* Experience in similar role or environment
* Proficient in Office; Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook
* Higher education desirable
