Role Description This role is in the Broker Strategy and Performance area working as a member of the Strategic project team, this is a hybrid role based from our Brentwood or Croydon office, The Strategic project team lead a variety of projects and initiatives that affect the whole Broker Division. These may be internal initiatives or wider projects that require the team to articulate the Broker business requirements to other areas of the LV group such as IT and GI Transformation Teams. The job holder will often be involved in many projects simultaneously, therefore strong time management and organisation skills are required. In addition the job holder will be working across LV Broker and therefore must have a sound understanding of the Broker business model. Communication skills, a logical approach and great interpersonal skills are required to work as part of a cross functional team. System changes (for example the GIOS workstack) are overseen by this department. This role will be required to support the Broker Teams with the articulation of requirements, provide administrative support for these workstacks and co-ordinate with third parties to deliver change. Details Be a key player in Broker Projects and be able to articulate the businesses requirements Project manage changes from inception to implementation and monitor their benefits Communication champion for projects and business as usual activities undertaken by Strategic project team Transition planning for implementation of change delivered by system changes Managing roll out of projects across LV Broker Support stakeholders with gathering business requirements for proposed changes and ensure they a properly documented Own specific Small Change work streams Co-ordinate relevant resources (eg IT, GI Transformation) to deliver projects and change Manage relationships with 3rd party vendors Provide support to all Strategic project team members with projects and business as usual activities as required Support various projects that support the LV Broker strategy. About You Excellent organisational skills to deliver accurate work under pressure against agreed deadlines whilst remaining approachable.
