Job Description
3. Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation.
4. Reconcile bank statements and manage accounts payable and receivable.
5. Prepare and process invoices, ensuring timely payments.
6. Assist with payroll processing and related tasks.
7. Support financial reporting and budgeting activities.
8. Communicate with clients to resolve billing and payment queries.
9. Ensure compliance with relevant accounting regulations and standards.
10. Provide general support to the accounting and finance department as needed.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Bookkeeper should have:
11. A solid understanding of accountancy principles and practices.
12. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
13. Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
14. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines efficiently.
15. Effective communication skills for liaising with clients and team members.
