Salary: £13.99 per hour (plus paid travel time & mileage when working in other stores)

We looking for a motivated and organised Assistant Manager to support shop operations and step up in the Manager’s absence, travelling between all shops throughout Highlands/Moray.
This is a hands-on role for someone with a positive attitude, strong leadership skills, and a passion for customer care.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist the Manager in day-to-day operations
* Lead the team and maintain high standards in the Manager’s absence
* Ensure excellent customer service and team performance
* Support staff training and development
* Maintain hygiene and health & safety standards
* Complete admin tasks as needed
* Be available to work in other stores (travel costs covered)
What We’re Looking For
* Previous supervisory/assistant manager experience (preferred)
* Self-motivated and highly organised
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* A team player with a passion for customer service
* Driving licence holder as well as own transport
