A new opportunity has arisen to support an expanding team as a Rental Administrator, where you will be working within a busy, fast-paced environment. This role involves providing administrative support to the team to support with managing the processes, and to provide an excellent service to customers.
Duties for the Rental Administrator include:
This Rental Administrator will be working closely with a team of Coordinators to ensure SLAs are met at all times by supporting with:
1. Booking of the daily rentals
2. Arranging off-hire rentals for customers
3. Dealing with the extended and cancelled rentals
4. Supporting with unallocated, pending or turned-down bookings
5. The Rental Administrator will also be supporting the Invoicing team to deal with any invoice queries
6. Dealing with enquiries from the drivers by phone and email
7. Dealing with any complaints from drivers or customers
8. Updating the system to book deliveries and collections, and to ensure the information on the rental system is always accurate
9. Liaising with other branches about any enquiries
Candidate Requirements for the Rental Administrator are:
10. Office administration experience
11. Excellent communication skills to provide excellent customer service
12. Technical knowledge of vehicles or rental experience is desirable
13. Problem-solving skills
14. Excellent attention to detail
15. MS Office skills – Outlook, Word, Excel
Hours: Monday – Friday 9:00 am – 5:30 pm
Salary: £23,000 Per Annum
