We are delighted to be partnering our North East client to recruit an interim Head of HR & Organisation Development for a period of 6 to 12 months.Working closely with the leadership team, the interim Head of HR and OD will help lead the organisation through a period of change, and lead and shape an effective HR and OD function.You will play a lead role in organisation design, operating models, culture change, and organisation wide learning and development whilst also ensuring brilliant basics are in place.This is a great interim role for an experienced HR leader who is used to delivering strategic HR, OD and health & safety strategies and plans in large complex, unionised organisations. The role requires a quick turnaround and the closing date for applications is Wednesday 1st of May 2024, and will ideally commence before the end of May.
