Part Time Accounts and Reception Support, Beverley

We’re delighted to be working with a well-established manufacturing company based in the East Riding, who are looking to welcome an experienced and adaptable individual to join their friendly team. This is a unique opportunity to enjoy a varied role supporting both the Accounts and Reception functions within a professional, supportive, and long-standing organisation.

Whether you're looking for full-time work or more flexibility with part-time hours, this permanent position offers variety, stability, and a welcoming environment where your skills will be valued across multiple departments.

What you'll be doing:

You’ll be involved in a broad range of tasks that support the smooth running of both the accounts and reception teams, including:

* Updating the database with starter and leaver details
* Processing holiday requests and pay adjustments
* Calculating overtime and bonuses for weekly-paid shop floor staff
* Managing pension admin and liaising with external providers
* Posting and reconciling cash transactions
* Handling petty cash and overseeing staff expenses
* Providing reception cover on some afternoons and during holidays
* Answering incoming calls and welcoming visitors

What we're looking for:

Experience in payroll administration, basic accounts, and front-of-house or customer service

Familiarity with computerised payroll systems

A well-rounded background in finance or accounts is highly desirable

A proactive and flexible attitude, with a willingness to support the reception team as needed
