The Job
This role is responsible for driving the overall commercial performance of the agrochemical portfolio across the merchant business. You will lead pricing strategy, supplier negotiations, rebate structures, and product positioning, while supporting agronomy and sales teams to deliver profitable growth. This is a strategic role with operational visibility, requiring strong commercial judgement and market awareness.

* Strong commercial background within agrochemicals or agricultural inputs
* Proven experience negotiating with suppliers and managing commercial agreements
