4. Financial Acumen: Review financial performance and ensure financial sustainability.

Qualifications and Experience
6. Experience: Proven track record as a Non-Executive Director or equivalent leadership role.
7. Sector Knowledge: Understanding of social housing, care, and support services.
8. Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and collaborative abilities.
9. Commitment: Dedication to our mission and values.
