Job Summary
Responsible for selling Comcast Commercial Internet, Video, and Voice services to mid-size and large businesses. Works as part of a team to drive sales through prospecting and relationship cultivation within designated territories. Designs and delivers live sales presentations, develops community relationships, and positions the Comcast brand strategically. Has in-depth experience and knowledge in own discipline, determines work priorities, and acts as a resource for colleagues.
Core Responsibilities
* Creates and delivers face-to-face sales presentations demonstrating knowledge of Comcast products and services. Aims to exceed departmental targets. Keeps abreast of competitors and emerging technologies to position Comcast effectively.
* Develops sales territory, cultivates local partnerships, and actively generates leads via prospecting activities such as cold calling, canvassing, referrals, and partnerships. Promotes the Comcast brand within the territory.
* Retains customers by delivering excellent service, maintaining relationships, and working with internal teams to ensure operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
* Maintains accurate sales records and prepares reports as required.
* Attends customer meetings regularly, demonstrating excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
* Possesses knowledge of network design, MAN technologies, Ethernet, Internet and Voice Network Technologies, Protocols, Customer Premise Equipment, Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, E-rate processes, etc.
* Exercises independent judgment and discretion in significant matters.
* Maintains punctual attendance, with flexibility for nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
* Performs other duties as assigned.
