We are pleased to share an opportunity for someone to us as a Tenancy Management Coordinator. You’ll play a vital role in supporting our Housing Team to deliver outstanding service to our tenants. This is a permanent job, working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, working from our Riduna Park office in Melton. What You’ll Be Doing Providing administrative support to the Housing Team to deliver outstanding service to our customers. Triaging tenant queries and offering advice or solutions where appropriate. Escalating unresolved issues to the right teams with clear, detailed information. Communicating with tenants professionally, empathetically, and promptly. Keeping accurate records of tenant interactions and actions taken. Developing a strong understanding of housing management and compliance. Supporting the Housing Manager in delivering our vision: Housing Made Simple. What We’re Looking For Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to simplify complex information and deliver it clearly to tenants. Strong prioritisation skills and the ability to manage changing demands. Confident decision-making based on relevant facts and tenant circumstances. Educated to GCSE level or equivalent, or qualified by experience in a similar role. You will enhance your communication, administration and customer service skills.
