Job Description: Treasury Analyst As a Treasury Analyst at UPS, you'll play a key role in supporting day-to-day treasury operations across multiple business units and legal entities. You'll help ensure treasury activities are delivered accurately and on time, while gaining exposure to cash management, banking operations, financial reporting, and treasury controls. What you'll do As a Treasury Analyst, you'll support a wide range of treasury activities, helping to ensure smooth operations while maintaining high standards of accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. You'll work closely with internal teams, finance stakeholders, legal entities, and banking partners to support effective cash management processes and contribute to key treasury initiatives. Your responsibilities will include: - Support daily treasury operations across multiple business units and legal entities. - Build and maintain strong relationships across the business to support evolving treasury requirements. - Manage bank account lifecycle activities, including opening, maintenance, and closures. - Reconcile reports and ensure accuracy of data across systems. Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies, taking a proactive approach to problem-solving. - Issue and manage Bank Guarantees in line with business and regulatory requirements. - Support intercompany settlements. - Prepare accurate and timely management reporting across daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles. - Contribute to projects, system implementations, and continuous process improvement initiatives. - Ensure all treasury activities comply with internal policies, banking requirements, and control frameworks. What you'll need Experience: - Previous experience in Treasury, Finance, or Accounting is preferred but not necessary (1-2 years). - Working towards a professional accounting or treasury qualification would also be an advantage but not necessary. Skills & Competencies: - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Great relationship-building and interpersonal skills. - Strong analytical and numerical abilities. - Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills. - Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word. - Knowledge of Access or Treasury Management Systems would be beneficial.
