**VP / Senior Director of Business Development**
to drive growth across the UK. This senior leadership position is fully remote and offers the opportunity to work with some of the world's most recognisable brands.
The successful candidate will be responsible for winning new enterprise clients while expanding revenue streams within the existing client portfolio. They will leverage impressive case studies and proven results to secure new business within defined verticals, while collaborating closely with international teams to ensure seamless delivery.
**Key Responsibilities include:**
- Driving acquisition of new logos through targeted business development strategies.
- Growing existing client relationships via upsell, cross-sell, and innovation.
- Using case studies to craft compelling proposals and win new opportunities.
- Leading and motivating a UK-based business development team.
- Partnering with internal functions to ensure end-to-end client satisfaction.
**The ideal candidate will bring:**
- A proven track record in senior business development within marketing services, creative production, or procurement services.
- Experience in both new business acquisition and account growth.
- Strong storytelling and presentation skills to differentiate value propositions.
- The ability to operate strategically and influence senior stakeholders across multiple markets.
- **Strongly desired experience in selling into Retail, CPG, and Luxury Goods sectors.**
