Receptionist – Urgently Needed – £24k Per Annum
Our client are recruiting for an experienced and motivated receptionist, with a positive can do attitude, for a luxury Hotel in the Kingsbridge area.
They are now seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual, with good experience with the reception desk, to continue the growth and prepare for the busy summer months ahead. The role is a full time position, with live in options available.
Responsibilities
1. Managing the booking process ensuring all relevant details are taken and the customer journey is personalised.
2. Make the customers’ stay a memorable experience by providing excellent service, communication and administration.
3. Answer the phone, take reservations and deal with any enquiries.
4. Be detail oriented to ensure that all booking details and relevant reports are accurate and communicated to other departments.
5. Prepare daily reports as required.
6. Manage guest payments, invoices, receipts and reconcile shift transactions.
7. Manage comprehensive hand over to following shift.
8. Report maintenance items to the maintenance log book.
9. Ensure guest satisfaction at all times.
