£28,128-£36,857 per annum.

The Assessor/Trainer Role:
As the
Assessor/Trainer,
you will support all aspects of the Apprenticeship Standards, whilst demonstrating a passion for excellence and the development of culinary skills. Working with a caseload of learners who are based in the workplace from recruitment through to End Point Assessment. The Assessor/Trainer will be responsible for coordinating, monitoring and supporting the apprenticeship programme with apprentices and employers.
Key Responsibilities of the Assessor/Trainer:
Owning the end- to -end apprenticeship journey, having a meaningful impact on apprentices' lives.
Assisting with marketing and recruitment activities that promote the Apprenticeship programme, including
interviewing learners and their families.
Identifying and creating effective working relationships with new RACA approved employers.

Maintaining and setting up approved work placement with employers able to support learners on Apprenticeship
programmes.
Training and developing apprentices in readiness for work
Agreeing a training plan for employers using the apprenticeship standards.
A key stakeholder in the relationship between the College, RACA, employer, apprentice and
parents/guardians.
Being professional in communications and interactions with apprentices, taking a parental perspective to issues and concerns
About You:
Level 2 (or equivalent) English and Maths
Hospitality and Catering qualifications – Level 2 and Level 3 or equivalent
Have a relevant qualification in the sector
Assessor qualification or willingness to work towards
Responsive to legislative changes in the sector
Evidence of up- to- date knowledge and practice in vocational area
The ability to cope positively with change
