The Role Seeking an Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with key clients across Scotland. This is mainly an account-focused role with a small element of business development. You’ll ensure service excellence, identify growth opportunities, and act as the trusted point of contact for clients. Key Responsibilities * Manage and nurture existing client accounts in construction, rail, and energy sectors. * Conduct site visits and account reviews to maintain high standards and customer satisfaction. * Undertake site security surveys, assess risks, and develop bespoke security recommendations. * Advise customers on the most effective combination of manned guarding, rapid deployment tower cameras, CCTV, technical security systems and remote monitoring solutions * Identify opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and improve services. * Work closely with operations and technical teams to deliver tailored security solutions. * Maintain industry knowledge and compliance with security legislation.
