Job Description
Location: Europe-wide including UK.
Culture Vitale is growing its network of facilitators - could it be you?
Culture Vitale is a new platform which curates “Sessions of Vitality” for companies — immersive, half-day at-office/site experiences made up of 2–3 mini-sessions (15 to 90 minutes each). These sessions combine creativity, well-being, and team development, designed to energize teams and offer something truly memorable.
We're looking to collaborate with practitioners/artists/facilitators/instructors who can lead short, engaging sessions or workshops — either a version of your existing offer or something tailored for the corporate context.
Annonce en français également plus bas.
Your session:
A session(s) can be interactive (eg. a workshop, art, cocktail-making) or passive (eg. meditation, music performance), or both.
Location:
We are based in Paris, France but address the Europe-wide market.
We’re especially looking for:
Artisans, creatives & artists (e.g. artisanal crafts, visual art/therapy, group improv, music, magic, writing, theatre, pottery, dance/movement workshops)
Coaches & development experts (e.g. communication, public speaking, systemic coaching, team-building, mindset, cross-cultural training, problem-solving, empathy)
Sensory & artisanal experts (e.g. perfumery, culinary experiences/cocktail-making, wine/tea pairing, body percussion, leather or soap/candle making)
Wellness professionals (e.g. meditation, yoga, breathwork, sound therapy, aromatherapy, gratitude practices, mindful eating)
You propose something else which may be suited? Feel free to still reach out!
How it works:
You lead one or more mini-workshops as part of a curated afternoon
You can set your rate per session (fixed or hourly) or per person, depending on your offer
Sessions typically last 15–90 mins and can be regular or simplified versions of your usual session/workshop
You can offer one or multiple sessions for an afternoon (eg. meditation + art therapy, improv + public speaking)
We can help you promote your other services (e.g. studio sessions, retreats, private programs) after the session (so long as it is sufficiently different and doesn’t take away from/compete with the Culture Vitale session you provide)
We handle all logistics and booking, based on your availability
