Your new role
Lead the development, improvement, and performance of the Website and Events Platform. Your goal is to deliver a smooth, engaging, and effective digital experience for members — from discovering events to booking and post‑event follow-up.You will manage the full digital user journey, ensure high standards of usability and accessibility, and drive measurable improvements in engagement, conversion, and member satisfaction.

What you'll need to succeed
6. Experience managing websites or digital platforms, including ownership of user journeys.
7. Experience with event platforms, booking systems, or emerce flows (desirable).
8. Strong understanding of UX, CRO, and digital performance metrics.
9. Experience running QA processes within CMS or web environments.
10. Understanding of web development workflows and best practices.
11. Confident using analytics tools such as GA4.
12. Knowledge of accessibility standards and responsive design.
13. Basic scripting or coding skills (beneficial).
