Description

We're seeking a commercially minded Fleet Administrator to join our team and drive the success of our outsourced fleet services. You will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of our fleet portfolio, acting as the vital interface between internal stakeholders and our external provider to ensure seamless service delivery.

In this role, you will provide the administrative and analytical framework required to maintain rigorous legal compliance and high supplier performance. By managing data and identifying opportunities for operational improvement, you will ensure our fleet functions efficiently and aligns perfectly with our commitment to cost-effective, sustainable business practices.

Responsibilities

* Bridging the gap between teams: Acting as the primary interface between our people and our external provider, turning operational needs into seamless service delivery.
* Driving supplier excellence: Leading monthly reviews and monitoring performance to ensure our partners meet high standards and resolve issues at pace.
* Owning the vehicle lifecycle: Managing everything from driver onboarding to fuel cards, ensuring every vehicle and driver is set up for success.
* Mastering the data: Analysing reports to spot trends, track costs, and identify clever ways to save money and improve how we move.
* Staying ahead of compliance: Keeping us safe and legal by managing insurance, MOTs, and road tax, ensuring every audit trail is crystal clear.
* Building internal partnerships: Staying close to our operational teams to ensure the fleet service truly supports their day-to-day work.
* Evolving our operations: Getting involved in projects that sharpen our governance and improve the experience for every fleet user.

What you'll need to succeed

We're seeking a proactive and self-motivated individual who takes a strong sense of ownership over their work. You should be naturally collaborative, with the ability to build effective working relationships and communicate in a clear, concise, and professional manner. As a solution-oriented professional, you will focus on continuous improvement and remain resilient while navigating a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Essentials

* Manage multiple priorities independently with high attention to detail.
* Coordinate third-party providers to ensure they deliver on their promises.
* Use Microsoft Excel to analyse reports and identify improvements.
* Communicate clearly and build lasting relationships across the business.
* Solve problems proactively and drive the evolution of our processes.
* Stay resilient in evolving environments and travel when required.
* Willingness to travel.

Desirable

* Experience in fleet, logistics, or supplier coordination roles.
