You will receive discretionary service charge and tips that can increase your monthly salary by up to £267 on average. A full time employee will receive around £3,200 per year in service charge and tips alone. Working in a busy 4 AA Star Boutique Hotel that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, you will lead the kitchen team in ensuring the highest standards are maintained at all times. Your duties will be varied and will include food preparation, stock control, staff training, cleaning and menu input. You will be part of a small team of chefs. The role is very hands on and will give the successful candidate exceptional experience within the restaurant business. The Hotel itself is located less than half an hour away from Skipton and Ilkley.
