Our client in Belfast is seeking a proactive and dedicated Sales Support Coordinator to join their dynamic Sales Team.
This role is perfect for someone with strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the drive to succeed in a supportive office environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver top-quality customer service at all times
* Prepare quotes and process customer orders efficiently
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records
* Support the wider sales team with reporting and administrative tasks
* Make outgoing (non-cold) calls to customers to build and maintain relationships
Essential Criteria
* GCSE Maths and English (Grade C or above) or equivalent
* Strong communication and empathy skills
* Results-driven with a focus on service excellence
* A team player who thrives under pressure
* Sales-minded with a positive, can-do attitude
Desirable
* 2+ years in a sales or customer service role
* Experience engaging with business or corporate clients
* Familiarity with a Management Information System (MIS)
* Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and personable
