Due to rapid growth we are seeking to appoint additional Business Development Managers for our Workplace and Fleets, EV Charging Team. Our Public Network is becoming more established at pace and we are seeking to grow our Private Charging proposition at Workplace locations such as but not exclusively, Head Offices, Industrial Estates, SMEs & Corporate Fleets. You will be joining a thriving industry, one that continues to grow exponentially as the attractiveness and government legislation around electric vehicles continues to drive demand for more EV charging points the across the country.
Key Responsibilities
* Further expand and strengthen our network position of Workplace and Fleets EV charging sites.
* Create new partnerships and develop new business across Northern Ireland.
* Creating and organising appointments with prospective clients/stakeholders.
* Pitching our products and services to prospective clients through cold calling, face-to-face consultations, and follow-up on leads.
* Meet and exceed targets and deliver sales through high levels of activity.
* Be an ambassador for the company to maintain and enhance our reputation with customers and partners within the industry.
* Understand the market dynamics in detail i.e., key customers, industry challenges, market trends.
* Research market and identify potential target customers.
* Complete pre-sales surveys and estimating costs for workplace/Fleets EV Charging solutions.
* Owning customer contact from lead to successful agreement of signed contract.
* Clear communicator with a focus on listening and acute attention to detail, sharing accurate information about our products and services.
* Demonstrate a positive proactive approach towards organisational change and work flexibly to meet the demands of a rapidly evolving market.
* Ensure all communications are thoroughly and efficiently recorded on our internal CRM system.
* Uphold our commitment to offering a first-class customer experience, continuing to build our brand awareness and reputation.
* Commit to develop a strong knowledge of our products and services and attend specific training relevant to job role.
* Adherence to company policies and procedure for example, health and safety and GDPR.

Essential Qualifications/ Experience
* To be considered, you must be able to demonstrate proven success in business-to-business sales.
* Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applicants (word, excel, access, PowerPoint)
* Experience of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) or equivalent system
* Full clean UK driving licence
* Proven success in b2b sales or similar in automotive, renewables or EV Charging industries desirable.
Requirements
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent attention to detail with good planning and organising skills to meet targets and deadlines.
* Good negotiating and influencing skills
