Platers & Welders Required Global Recruitment Group Ltd is seeking experienced Platers & Welders to support our client’s operations. Location: Coatbridge Duties & Experience: * Welding/fabrication of heavy structures such as bridges, vessels, or ships * Ability to produce high-quality welds to a good visual standard * Full UK driving licence (preferred) Contract & Hours: * Temporary & Permanent positions available * Dayshift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm * Nightshift: Monday – Friday & Thursday, 8:00 pm – 6:00 am (9.5 hours paid, 0.5-hour unpaid break) * Overtime available, paid after 39 hours Pay Rates: * Dayshift: £22 per hour * Nightshift: £28 per hour * Enhanced rates for overtime Payment Model: * CIS/Umbrella * PAYE available after 13 weeks How to Apply: If you have the required skills and experience, please submit your CV to apply.
