We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join our team in Fareham. You will be supporting two gentlemen with complex needs who do not use words to communicate. A Meaningful Career: You'll make a tangible difference in the lives of people with learning disabilities, autism, and other complex needs.
Comprehensive Support: In this role, you'll assist with personal care, manage behaviours of distress, support individuals with epilepsy, and more.
Training & Development: We provide full training, including specialised training for PEG feeding, hoisting, and understanding complex needs.
If you are caring, kind, and thoughtful, and have a passion for supporting others, we would love to hear from you. Experience in care is beneficial but not essential-we value your attitude and willingness to learn.
