This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly automated, high-volume manufacturing environment where engineering excellence is central to operational success. * Please note this client does not offer VISA sponsorship. Only candidates with full Right to Work in the UK and relevant experience will be considered. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, fault-finding and improving a broad range of production and processing equipment. The position combines planned preventative maintenance with reactive breakdown support, ensuring machinery operates safely, reliably and with minimal downtime. Shift Pattern: This is a Monday to Friday role, working a 3-weekly rotating pattern of 12-hour days and nights (06:00-18:00 / 18:00-06:00). Help plan and follow a schedule for routine and basic maintenance tasks. Quickly respond to equipment issues when asked by the Shift Team Leader. Work well with the team and on own initiative as needed. Multi Skilled Engineer - Criteria: Multi skilled - engineering degree (electrical or mechanical), with strong experience in the other. Experience within FMCG, automated production or similar manufacturing environments. Confident diagnostic skills and a proactive, hands-on approach. Full Right to Work in the UK.
