 
        
        TSR Legal are pleased to be working with a well-regarded law firm based in central Bristol who are seeking a Conveyancing Legal Assistant to join their growing property team. The Role
You'll be providing vital administrative and file management support to the conveyancing team, assisting fee earners across a range of residential property transactions. This role would suit someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment and takes pride in delivering excellent client service.
Typical duties will include:
 * 
 Preparing and drafting correspondence and legal documents.
 * 
 Assisting with opening and closing files, ID checks, and compliance processes.
 * 
 Liaising with clients, estate agents, and other solicitors to progress matters.
 * 
 Supporting with post-completion tasks including SDLT submissions and Land Registry applications.
 * 
 Maintaining accurate records and updating case management systems.
About You
 * 
 Previous experience in a conveyancing or property support role is preferred.
 * 
 Confident communicator with strong organisational skills.
 * 
 Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work well within a team.
 * 
 IT literate with experience using case management systems.
