We are looking for a line chef to join Lussmann's friendly team. Full training will be provided with excellent progression opportunities.
Lussmanns Fish & Grill is a popular, independent sustainable restaurant group with brasseries in Hertford, St Albans, Harpenden, Hitchin, Highgate and Berkhamsted.
Your basic hourly wage will be £ £15.75 per hour.
Starter chef is being recruited for.
Responsibilities include:
Prep and service work, cleaning down, compliance training (food safety, health and safety, COSHH, allergens). Working with fresh, locally sourced and sustainable produce.
