Our client is a well-established multinational company with over 25 years of operations in Portugal, working in the IT sector.
As part of an ambitious growth plan in the European market, they are looking to strengthen their team and are seeking an IT Field Technician to join our team and support operations in the United Kingdom, within an industrial environment.
Main Responsibilities
* Provide on-site and remote technical support to end users (hardware and software).
* Troubleshoot Windows systems, printers, mobile devices and networks.
* Support administration of Office 365 and Azure (Admin Console).
* Ensure prompt and effective interventions at multiple locations (frequent travel).
* Collaborate with the remote team in Portugal for reporting and task alignment.
* Comply with safety standards and use PPE in a factory environment.
Technical Profile
* Solid experience as a Field Technician or similar role.
* Advanced knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365 Admin Console, Azure and networking.
* Excellent communication and customer-focused approach.
* Valid driving licence and own vehicle (travel between factory sites).
* Availability for 24/7 standby for critical incidents (P1 and P2).
* Mandatory PPE in the factory environment (safety boots, high-visibility vest/jacket, hearing protection).
