Earn £13.45 per hour, we pay £50 per sleep in shift and offer great benefits

What you’ll do
1. Assist customers with their daily living tasks to develop their independence, achieve their goals aspirations and outcomes documented in their support plans
2. Support vulnerable customers in a variety of services
3. Support customers with daily tasks like budgeting, cooking and attending appointments
4. Carry out risk assessments, support planning, goal setting and regular reviews
5. Help customers build independence and prepare for their move-on into the community

You have
6. A level 2 or above, or equivalent in social care or being willing to work towards this
7. Passion to support our customers to live their best life, working together with an eye for detail
8. Experience of caring for others, professionally or personally
9. Experience of working on own initiative, remaining calm under pressure and having a resilient approach
10. A flexible, personal approach, listening to customers to understand their needs, recognising that every customer is different

The practical bits
11. Flexible working hoursWe pay £50 per sleep in shift
12. To get from A to B, you’ll need a vehicle insured for business purposes. The great news is that we’ll pay your mileage!
13. Using technology for creating and updating support plans, doing mandatory learning and keeping in touch with colleagues
14. You’ll need an Enhanced DBS check done and we pay for that.
