What you'll be doing:
* Conducting fault diagnosis and performing both planned and unplanned maintenance on all EC&I assets to maximise plant efficiency and availability.
* Programming DCS/PLC systems and maintaining continuous emission monitoring systems (CEMS).
* Supervising and directing contractors, assisting in plant shutdowns and outages.
* Ensuring all activities comply with stringent health and safety standards.
What we want from you:
* NVQ Level 3 in Electrical or Controls and Instrumentation Engineering; HNC desirable.
* Minimum three years post-apprenticeship experience in EC&I maintenance within heavy industry (e.g., power stations, chemical plants).
* Proficiency in working with control systems (DCS, SCADA, PLCs) and instrumentation (pressure, flow, temperature).
* Health and Safety qualifications such as IOSH or NEBOSH preferred.
