An exciting opportunity for a dietitian to join our team in the University Hospitals of Morecambe Bay's District General Hospital. The role offers a supportive environment and opportunities for career progression.
Responsibilities
The successful applicant will:
* Work within a small team alongside experienced dietitians.
* Provide inpatient dietetic care within medical, surgical, orthopaedic, oncology, stroke management, and paediatric wards.
* Deliver outpatient clinic services.
* Manage nutrition support, enteral feeding, and gastroenterology related care.
* Participate in specialist dietetic areas as appropriate.
Qualifications
Applicants must be HCPC registered dietitians. The position is suitable for newly or recently qualified professionals.
Training and Development
The department is approved for training student dietitians and offers excellent IT facilities. We support personal development and training.
Location
Based at Furness General Hospital, with potential travel to other Trust sites.
