QuickBooks Finance & Office Administrator
Location: Horley
Hours: 22.5 hours per week (can be worked over 3 days or split over 5 school hour days)
My client is an independent telecoms provider looking for a highly organised Finance & Office Administrator to support their team. You'll be responsible for financial admin, customer support, and keeping our operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
* Input and reconcile invoices and payments (QuickBooks)
* Produce weekly financial reports and manage petty cash
* Support customer queries and maintain records
* Handle supplier payments and assist with billing checks
* Keep the office organised and support directors
What Were Looking For:
Experience in finance admin/bookkeeping (QuickBooks ideally)
* Experience in finance admin/bookkeeping (QuickBooks)
* Great communication and time management skills
* Proactive, detail-focused, and confident working independently
* Bonus: experience in telecoms/IT or with Uboss, Fastpay
