Supply SEN Teaching Assistant

We are seeking experienced SEN Teaching Assistants to join our supply team, working across various SEN schools in Doncaster. This role is ideal for individuals who have a background in SEND or SEMH environments and are flexible with travelling to different schools as required.
Day-to-day of the role:
* Support the educational and social development of children with special educational needs and disabilities.
* Work closely with teachers to tailor instruction to meet the unique needs of each student.
* Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and behavioural plans.
* Provide support in classroom management and organisation.
* Facilitate communication between students and staff.
* Monitor and support the students' progress and well-being.
* Adapt resources to ensure accessibility for all students.
* Travel to different schools across Doncaster as part of the supply team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Proven experience in an SEND or SEMH environment.
* Strong understanding of the challenges faced by students with special educational needs.
* Ability to work flexibly and adapt to different educational settings.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A compassionate and patient approach.
* Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
