This executive role will involve overseeing a group of business units within a growing portfolio, ensuring strategic alignment and operational excellence. You will play a key role in driving financial performance, supporting M&A activities, and contributing to overarching growth strategies.
Duties will include:
1. Developing and executing strategic plans to achieve divisional and company-wide objectives.
2. Overseeing the performance of multiple business units to ensure efficiency and profitability.
3. Managing budgets, forecasting revenues, and identifying cost-saving initiatives.
4. Supporting M&A activities by identifying and acquiring target businesses.
5. Mentoring business unit leaders to foster leadership development and continuous learning.
6. Enhancing operational processes and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
7. Acting as a key liaison between business units and executive leadership.
About the Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will have multi-business and jurisdictional management experience, with a strong background in software-related sectors. You will be commercially astute, with expertise in financial management, P&L oversight, and M&A deal flow. A strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills, you will be confident in making informed decisions and fostering a culture of collaboration and inclusivity.
