Your new rol e As a Welder (PG3), you will be responsible for producing high-quality welds in line with approved welding procedures and manufacturing instructions, contributing directly to the construction and completion of complex engineering projects. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Carrying out welding activities in accordance with approved welding procedures Interpreting manufacturing instructions and technical documentation Ensuring all work is completed to required quality standards and tolerances Demonstrating strong hand skills and precision in all welding processes Maintaining strict adherence to SHE (Safety, Health & Environmental) standards and risk awareness Working closely with supervisors and other trades to support production targets Assisting in problem-solving activities on the shop floor Adapting to changes in drawings, technologies, and working practices Supporting and coaching apprentices where required.
