Pay: £14.50 per hour

Shift: Days
Duties and Responsibilities
Catering
* Support and lead the kitchen ordering of
food & beverage supplies and kitchen equipment, including CAPEX items.
* Complete and receipt POs for Good
Received.
* Support the creation of the Annual CAPEX
budget.
* Produce kitchen rotas according to
budget, inclusive of effective planning of the teams’ holiday schedule.
* Maintain Budget awareness and monitor
PRPD spend.
* Support with the completion of the
monthly stocktake.
* Reconciliation of HACCP weekly, archive
and sign off with any resolutions outlined and rectified.
* Check stock in via delivery and stock
rotate items ensuring all storage is clean, tidy, and separated following
the correct date label procedures.
* Lead the K/A team and monitor kitchen
cleaning / schedule daily / weekly.
* Create Diet notification cards &
special diet requirements and communicate throughout the home.
What do you need to succeed:
Essential
* Administration experience in a
Catering/Stores setting.
* Trained in Basic Food Hygiene.
* Understanding of HACCP
* Experience of completing staff induction
and supervision.
* Computer Literate – Word/Excel.
