I’m currently representing my manufacturing client based in Droitwich who are looking for an experienced Programme Manager to join them on a contract basis. As the Programme Manager, you’ll step into a high-impact role overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of major programmes that drive both customer satisfaction and strategic growth. You'll be working across multiple cross-functional teams, championing innovation in Data Centre Cooling solutions, and ensuring every project under your watch delivers on quality, budget, and time.Programme Manager - Job Description
* Leading complex programmes composed of multiple interrelated projects.
* Aligning project goals with broader company strategy.
* Managing budgets, resources, and timelines with precision.
* Acting as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, executives, and clients.
* Overseeing risk management, issue resolution, and programme integration.
* Mentoring project managers and ensuring best practices in delivery and customer care
Programme Manager - Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
* A degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field (MA a plus)
* Extensive experience managing multiple concurrent projects or large-scale programmes
* Background of Building Services Mechanical & Electrical skills preferable but not essential
* Industry certifications (PMP, AGPM, PRINCE2)
* Strong leadership and strategic thinking capabilities
* Proficiency in project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools (MS Project, Smartsheet)
* Flexibility to travel across EMEA and be based in Droitwich Spa when not on-site
