We are seeking a dedicated HR People Partner, with a passion for fostering positive working relationships, to join a widely recognised and well loved UK business. Client Details You'll be working for one of the UK's most well-loved brands, having been established for nearly 150 years! With a number of distribution depots based all across the country, this will role will be based at their largest site based in Enfield. This role plays a crucial part in supporting the 24/7 operation set up (this role is office based, Monday - Friday) and working alongside the 500 employees based at site. Description The People Partner will: Establish and maintain strong relationships with employees, providing guidance and support Develop and implement HR policies and procedures Work collaboratively with senior management to drive the HR strategy Provide advice on HR best practices Work with union representative as needed Facilitate performance management and employee development programs Manage employee relations issues and workplace conflictsProfile A successful People Partner should have: Extensive knowledge of HR practices and policies Strong interpersonal and communication skills Solid understanding of employment legislation Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships Prior experience working within FMCG, Transport, Distribution, Manufacturing or other related industry (think shift patterns and unions!)Job Offer A salary of £60,000 - £65,000 per anum A comprehensive benefits package A supportive and inclusive work environment Opportunities for professional growth and career progression
