1. Has strong subject knowledge in Business Studies and Information Technology
2. Can deliver engaging, challenging lessons across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable but not essential)
3. Ismitted to raising aspirations and helping students achieve their full potential
4. Brings creativity, energy, and a passion for their subjects
5. Works well as part of a collaborative and supportive department
