We are looking for a motivated & enthusiastic individual who will be part of a multidisciplinary team based at Lawson Memorial Hospital, Golspie. In this vital role, you will be responsible for coordinating care schedules for our team of dedicated carers, ensuring that our service users receive the support they need, when they need it. Key Responsibilities: Schedule and coordinate care visits for clients across designated areas Match carers to service users based on needs, location, and availability Manage last-minute changes, cancellations, and emergencies efficiently Maintain accurate and up-to-date scheduling records using our care management system Liaise with clients, families, and care teams to ensure clear communication What we’re Looking For: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to remain calm and organised in a fast-paced environment Confident IT user, ideally with knowledge of scheduling software or care platforms but not essential. A problem-solver with a proactive approach to challenges If you're passionate about making a difference and thrive in a dynamic environment, we’d love to hear from you. A driving licence is essential for this post and applicants should have access to their own vehicle for work purposes. This is a permanent full-time post of 37 hours primarily working Monday to Friday, within 9.00 – 5.00 or in line with service requirements This role does not meet the eligibility criteria for a Skilled Worker visa or a Health and Care Worker visa. This reduction will also be applied pro rata for part time staff. This advert and any subsequent offer/contract of employment therefore reflects the new working hours. However, as not all service areas will be able to adopt the 37 hour working week immediately from 1 April 2024, you may be required to work up to an additional 30 minutes per week for a temporary period for which you would be paid until the service you are working in changes rosters or working patterns to accommodate the new reduced working week.
