The role
As a Senior Marketing Manager you will lead the strategic planning, execution, and optimisation of marketing activity across Bids & Key Account Management (KAM) and the SME business unit. The role ensures integrated, insight‑driven marketing that supports commercial growth across the full customer lifecycle from pre‑tender influence and strategic account enablement to SME acquisition and performance marketing.
This is a commercially pivotal leadership role requiring strategic direction, strong stakeholder engagement, and the ability to translate complex solutions into compelling, high‑impact marketing.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Delivering the integrated marketing strategy for Bids, Key Accounts, and SME growth
* Managing and optimising the combined marketing budget with a strong focus on ROI
* Driving pre‑tender influence and enhancing bid success
* Leading SME acquisition, performance marketing, and MQL generation
* Strengthening CitySprint’s reputation, sector authority, and thought leadership position
* Building scalable marketing processes, capability and structure
* Leading and coaching marketing executives supporting Bids, KAM, and SME activity
What We’re Looking For
* Solid experience in B2B marketing, with a mix of strategic and hands‑on delivery
* A confident communicator who can work well with senior stakeholders and different teams\
* Someone who can plan, run and optimise multi‑channel marketing campaigns that drive results
* Comfortable leading projects, managing budgets and working independently when needed
* Confident using CRM and data tools (Salesforce is a bonus)
* Able to turn complex ideas into simple, compelling messages that support bids, accounts and SME growth
Experience in logistics or services is helpful, but not essential — we’re more interested in your mindset, energy and ability to deliver great work from start to finish.
