Build strong, positive relationships with pupils, encouraging resilience and a love of learning. Support pupils with additional needs and ensure inclusive learning opportunities. Monitor pupil engagement, behaviour, and progress, feeding back to the teaching team. Maintain a calm, safe, and nurturing classroom environment. What We're Looking For HLTA qualification OR significant experience working at HLTA level. Strong understanding of the primary curriculum and confidence working across year groups. Excellent communication, organisational, and behaviour‑management skills. A proactive, adaptable, and nurturing approach. A passion for helping children reach their full potential.
